pfSense new developer Eclipse CVS howto
- Click window, show view, other, CVS, CVS Repositories
- Right click in the CVS Repositories window/pane and click New -> Repository Location
- In the newly opened dialog box, enter:
host = cvs.pfsense.com
repository path = /cvsroot
user = username
password = supersecretpasswordassigned
connection type = extssh
- Drop HEAD arrow down
- Right click "pfSense" -> Check Out As -> Check out as project in the workspace -> Project Name pfSense_HEAD
- Next drop down branches arrow
- Right click "Branches, refresh branches"
- Click pfSense checkbox box, finish
- Drop branches arrow down again, drop down RELENG_1
- Right click "pfSense_RELENG_1" -> Check out as
- Check out as a project in the workspace, Project name pfSense_RELENG_1, finish
